As a Logistics & Customs Coordinator (all gender) at E-Lyte, you will play a key role in managing our goods flows – from organizing deliveries and handling customs clearance to coordinating with international service providers. You combine strong organizational skills with a solid understanding of logistics processes, ensuring that everything is in the right place at the right time.

Your key topics
- Independent organization and coordination of domestic and international shipments
- Import and customs clearance, including preparation of all relevant customs and shipping documents
- Handling import and export declarations in compliance with legal requirements
- Processing of goods receipts and goods issues, including delivery date and cost control
- Maintenance of logistics master data and documentation in SAP Business One
- Communication with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and service providers, including selection, approval, and evaluation
- Monitoring delivery schedules and costs, as well as conducting ad-hoc logistics cost analyses
- Acting as an internal point of contact for logistics-related questions (e.g. Incoterms)
- Supporting management with administrative and organizational tasks
- Coordination of visitor reception and on-site handover of goods (e.g. Münster or Kaiserslautern)
Your profile
- Completed vocational training, e.g. as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist
- Practical experience in logistics, import, and customs clearance
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
- Confident user of SAP (Business One) and Microsoft Office
- Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style
- Strong organizational skills, communication ability, and a hands-on mentality
